We all have things that come up. That’s understandable and I’ll do my best to work with you. However, communication is extremely important. The cancellation fee is 50% of the scheduled service within 24 hours of the appointment. All deposits are non-refundable. Sick Cancellation - If you become sick, please notify me as soon as possible. - If sickness occurs within 24 hours of the appointment, a 50% fee to the card on file is required, which can be applied to a future appointment once you recover. Late Window - A maximum 15-minute late window is allowed. - Exceeding this time frame results in rescheduling, with a 50% charge of all scheduled services to the card on file. No call, no-shows will result in 100% charge of scheduled service. Same day cancellations also result in 100% charge of the service scheduled. Pre-booking appointments and changing the appointment the day of will result in needing to rebook the appointment within 24-48 hours between 7 days of the original appointment or 100% of the scheduled service will be charged to the card on file for a same day cancellation. In addition, if transaction of the card on file is declined, you will be charged an additional $25 + the 100% of the service booked. You will need to contact us directly and be paid in full to have accessibility to rebook. Deposits are non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
